IT'S SILVER FOR S'PORES TABLE TENNIS WOMENS TEAM EVENTS..... after 48 long years.......watch the match earlier and it was nail-bitting........well, they did their best but still can't get the gold.......oh well, a silver is good too :D....even the PM National Day Rally Speech in English had to be postponed to tomorrow.......haha so funny

But then the comments that some pple made that this medal was not won by locally-born players really pissed me off.....my honest opinion: although the players were not born locally, they still made S'pore home, and they are holding our citizenship, so they can be considered part of us....(There goes the debate of foreign talents again).........even during the news, the CNA reporter(Patwant Singh) said that not only our countries use foreign talent, some other countries does it too...(sth like tat).......the country should be proud of these athletes.....not criticising them.........
