- Forgot to bring the 2 most important things to skool today..my handphone and ezlink card
- A stupid taxi driver who ripped me off by driving the longer route......a trip which is suppoesed to only cost ard $ 6 plus costed me $7.20......(TransCab)
- Tried to call the TransCab feedback hotline from 12.30pm-4pm, but there was no on manning the feedback line. All i got was an annoucement:"Sorry we are unable to answer ur call. Please leave down ur name and ctc no and we will get back to u asap.Thank You."
In my personal opinion, I feel that service in Singapore can be improved......as a tourism student, i tend to be more critical when it comes to services that is provided to me...any poor service and i will start to complain.....
