i am currently doing my HSM revision for the upcoming exam on the 7th Nov......on the last topic: Service Management Trinity.
I am quite lucky in the sense that i haf only this paper to tackle tis semester and i pity my other classmates who haf 4 papers to go, the 1st one being HRMT on the 5th Nov...... and their exams only will end on the 12th with FIDM.....
