i am finally home after a long day at wk........what a day it has been.

Just this late evening, the whole coach system and internet server was down, only certain comp was able to access the coach system, practically 2 comps left running........ and so many enquiries.............had to take turns to use the coach system...............it kept me so damn bz.

Buses were late n the customers were complaining, especially this few customer who was going to Genting and Bentong.........what whinners these customer were...already told them that the bus will be late and they still keep on asking us

there was this 2 Indonesian customers taking the 10pm coach to KL.... they was waiting o/s the shop and poor Damien was looking for them frantically as the bus was about to leave...........the BIG problem was when he asked them if the were waiting for the bus, they shook their head and said no.......communication problems..............and they didn't even bother to come over and ask us where the bus was.........it was only when the bus left and i checked their tickets that i realized that they were the "lost" customers.......no choice they had to pay for the difference in the coach ticket to get the next bus which was at 10.30pm. HAHA!!

i really hate the Gunung pple, the bus was already here and they never report to us 5 Stars staff and make us tell the customers tat the bus is not here yet...........i kenna scolded by the customer, but luckily the wife was more understanding than the sickening man..........so much for kindness!!

Hope that tomolo will be a beta day......Long wkg shift again........
