a terrible start to the morning......

today, i reached the office early. But it was a terrible start.

as i step into the office, this group of customers whose bus was delayed, accused my colleague for not doing their job and shouted at them. but actually, they did their job by calling the driver but the grp was not appreciative. the pple in the grp shouted at my colleague, Tracy & Manyun and accused them for not giving gd customer service. i had to comfort Tracy as she was crying after the grp left. somehow i got involved when the customer came back and say some nasty things to her and i told her to shut up. She said, "SHUT UP! Mind your own business!

i was not in the loop as i just arrived. why get me involved?

i really cannot stand their attitude lor.... told them that the bus will be late but they still say that we nvr tell them and update them......WTH!!
