TODAY WILL BE A BUSY DAY AT WORK

haiz....i guess today will be a busy day at work...the starting of SUPER PEAK SEASON
(aka Chiristmas Eve and Christmas Day)....my guess is that tonite coaches will have transfers and the customer will start to complain again~~~~~But what to do??? it is the cycle......

i really hate customers that do nothing but COMPLAIN.......haizx......it is already stated that there might be transfer but these customers are so full of shit...claimed that the staff never tell them in advance!!

anyway, let them complain then!! i will be able to test my patience and c if i can pass this test!! NO MORE COMPLAINTS FROM MANAGEMENT!!!
